Auswide Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan Origination Support Specialist to join our Loan Origination Services (LOS) team. Key Responsibilities:- Broker Support: Assist with inquiries received from brokers via various channels, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure seamless communication.
- Settlement Management: Maintain and assist with tasks associated with the management of home loan settlements, including managing the settlement workflow, confirming and monitoring the progress of new loans to completion.
- Lending Services Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Lending Services team to ensure all daily settlements and settlement inquiries are actioned accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Inbox Management: Manage the team inbox and action requests accordingly, ensuring prompt attention to all inquiries and requests.
- FHOG and HGS Applications: Check First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) and Home Guarantee Scheme (HGS) Applications on receipt, follow up any outstanding/incomplete items and queries in relation to the applications.
- HGS Reservations and Reporting: Maintain HGS reservations and produce regular status reports to ensure accurate tracking and monitoring.
- Broker Education and Support: Support brokers on the Bank's submission quality requirements, processes, and procedures by providing guidance and ongoing education.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and own the resolution of any issues associated with broker applications within the Computershare application pipeline.
We are seeking an individual with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, sound Microsoft Office skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will also require:
- Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and be highly motivated.
- Industry Knowledge: A sound understanding of the banking industry and associated regulatory requirements, including consumer credit law and real property law.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: The ability to work as an efficient team member, participate in problem-solving initiatives, and contribute to innovation to enhance the organization's capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Ability to gain knowledge of core banking systems, Ultracs, and LendFast, alongside knowledge of the Bank's credit policy procedures and policy for Consumer Mortgage Lending.
- Business Acumen: Meet the business unit's SLAs and business KPIs, accurately and consistently.
