Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for young children.
  • Design and deliver high-quality educational programs that foster wellbeing, growth, and a lifelong love of learning.
  • Maintain exceptional health and safety standards at all times.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement engaging play-based learning experiences tailored to each child's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  2. Observe, assess, and document children's progress and achievements.
  3. Collaborate with a passionate team in a supportive, interactive learning environment.
  4. Contribute to and participate in community projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • ACECQA approved Bachelor's/Master's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Current approved First Aid Certificate.
  • Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
