Supreme Court Research Assistant

Applications are invited for a judicial support position at the Supreme Court of Western Australia, General Division. The successful applicant will provide research and writing assistance to the Hon Justice Musikanth.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake legal research and produce high-quality written work.
- Carry out administrative functions in preparation for Court sittings.
- Act as a Judicial Support Officer and attend in Court.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A law degree or almost completed law degree.
- A high level of academic achievement (Honours or equivalent is desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level research, analytical and editorial skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, workload planning and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate high-quality written materials under time pressure.
This full-time position commences in early 2026 and offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a judicial support role.
