Job Opportunity:
">This position requires the ideal candidate to undertake legal research, produce high-quality written work, and perform administrative tasks in preparation for court sittings. The successful applicant will also attend in court as a judicial support officer.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct legal research and create comprehensive written reports
- Carry out administrative duties prior to court proceedings
- Attend court as a judicial support officer
Requirements:
">- A law degree or almost completed law degree from an accredited institution
- High level of academic achievement (Honours or equivalent is highly regarded)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal, workload planning, and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate, high-quality written materials under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Previous experience working in a law firm or government agency
- In-depth knowledge of Australian law and procedures
