About the Role
This dynamic and supportive role involves interacting directly with clients and healthcare staff, providing administrative support to the local team, and contributing to the enhancement of relationships across the YNA Group, client administrative and support staff, industry organizations, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the local team, including answering calls and handling enquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Support recruitment and allocation operations, including coordinating pre-employment checks, credentialing, and ongoing compliance checks.
- Manage and review filing and office systems to ensure compliance.
- Enter data in YNA's Online System to the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and currency, while maintaining privacy.
- Contribute to the enhancement of relationships across the YNA Group, client administrative and support staff, industry organizations, and government agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, and providers.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in an administrative role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability for full-time hours.
- Data entry and typing skills with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a positive and professional approach to work and clients.
- Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, and stay organized.
What We Offer
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills, experience, and the industry award. Prior experience in recruitment will be highly advantageous. The role will commence casually with the potential for a permanent position.
You will be required to hold a current Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screener clearance, and undergo Reference Checks as part of the recruitment process.
