Support Specialist for Person-Centered Care

We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team in providing person-centered care to individuals with varying abilities.
About the RoleAs a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and care services that empower clients to achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and recreational activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Communicate client needs and progress with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to quality standards and regulations.
- Relevant work experience in Disability Support or a related field.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or other relevant qualification (desirable).
- Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated.
- Availability to work AM and PM shifts weekdays and weekends.
