Job Summary

This is a Senior P&C Business Partner position where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality People and Culture expertise to support end-to-end activities across Regional Linx.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide operational HR business partnering by implementing solutions to business strategy, integrating the P and C strategy, and analyzing and interpreting data and information to transfer into commercial solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering robust resourcing plans for client groups within agreed resourcing models, including leading recruitment strategies and supporting the activity with Resourcing teams.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to line managers in all Employee Relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Supporting managers and projects on all Industrial Relations matters, including EA interpretation, union matters, and disputes.

You will also be responsible for waged recruitment, performance management, discipline matters, and maintaining employee personnel files. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and influencing skills, solid understanding of workplace relations legislation, and excellent verbal and influencing communication skills.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR (preferred), Law, Psychology, or Business Management.
  • 6+ years' experience in a previous Senior HR or Management position.
  • Solid negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Solid understanding of workplace relations legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and influencing communication skills.
  • Experience in EA interpretation and Union activity.
  • Implementation of change and change management skills.
  • Ability to co-ordinate, collaborate, and support other streams.
