In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the Regional & Agri team that's doubling down on customer obsession.

- Inspire and empower by delivering impactful coaching, driving strategic actions, and exemplifying outstanding behaviours that set the standard for success across the business

- Track record of experience across lending and navigating the credit process
- Exceptional business and financial acumen skills
- Hands-on experience in customer relationship management
- Proficient in NAB specific or general banking product and service knowledge
