Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Materials & Logistics Lead, your primary duties will include:
- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including Supply Chain teams and external contractors, to manage material flow efficiently.
- Implementing company procedures and internal controls to guarantee compliance and operational integrity.
- Promoting a culture of safety and ethical conduct within the team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Full work rights in the relevant location.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management or logistics within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Relevant qualifications in Dangerous Goods handling.
- A valid Manual Handling and Forklift license.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Maximo, Oracle, or SAP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to foster relationships with internal and external partners.
