**Job Title:** Oshc Area Manager

Our aim is to find a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team based in Perth, WA. We are seeking an experienced leader to guide and support our team of OSHC Service Supervisors across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on compliance related to the NQF, providing training, coaching, and performance reviews. They will also champion safeguarding for Y children and young people.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 12 months experience in a supervisory or management position in OSHC / children services, hold a Certificate IV in OSHC or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent), be confident with admin tasks, team leadership, and communication, and be a child-safe advocate with genuine care for education and wellbeing.
