Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Field Service Technician in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining laundry equipment, installing new equipment into commercial and industrial sites, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Repair and maintain laundry equipment
  • Install new equipment into commercial and industrial sites
  • Fault find and troubleshoot as required
  • Provide an excellent customer service at all times
  • Endorse company products
  • Professionally represent the employing company

About the Role:

  • This is a technical role that requires strong electrical/mechanical trade qualifications and experience in a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a similar position and possess the ability to interpret electrical schematic diagrams/drawings.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and holding a valid driving license is mandatory.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification
  • Unrestricted electrician's license or relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience in a related field
  • T Technically capable of interpreting electrical schematic diagrams/drawings
  • Familiar with health and safety regulations
  • Holding a valid and in-date driving license is mandatory
