Our crew is made up of supportive and dedicated operators who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes. We're seeking individuals who can demonstrate their expertise in safely operating heavy machinery and equipment, as well as taking ownership of their work area.

We have a roster in place that ensures fair share of day and night shifts, including 6 x 12.5 hour shifts and 1 x 9 hour shift per week.

What You'll Need

  • Prior experience in operating Haul Trucks within a mining or similar environment.
  • CAT, KOMATSU, E or HITACHI EH experience would be highly desirable.
  • A thorough understanding of your responsibilities in relation to the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and associated regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with your colleagues in a fast-paced mining environment.
  • The ability to identify hazards and respond promptly to safety issues.
  • A demonstrated ability to contribute positively to our company culture.
  • Coal Competencies relevant to the role.
  • A current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface) certification.
  • A valid Queensland Driver's licence.
  • Willingness to obtain a QLD Coal Board Medical certificate.
