We are seeking a talented Transport Coordinator to join our team at GFG-Alliance. This role will involve planning and coordinating daily operations, including scheduling deliveries and transport to meet site production plans.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring completed production orders
  • Confirming deliveries with site personnel to ensure production commences on time
  • Maintaining critical date changes with customers
  • Adapting delivery runs daily to ensure operational efficiency without compromising customer requirements
  • Ensuring all drawings and documents accompany deliveries as needed
  • Collaborating with Operations Supervisors/Team Leaders/Operators to meet delivery targets
  • Direct interaction with customers for sales enquiries and orders
  • Communicating production setbacks and their potential impacts to customers and sales teams

Successful candidates will possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to ensuring delivery efficiency and meeting deadlines.
