Job Description:

A Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring that activities are time-boxed and artifacts are visible to the team. This includes sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The role also involves radiating sprint team metrics to help the team see how they are doing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading scrum teams, guiding them on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. They should be able to develop with the team a sustainable pace of continuous improvement and actively remove impediments.

The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution. The candidate should also be able to protect the team from both internal and external factors that may impact their performance.
