Sales Manager, Residential Channels

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and change in the Victorian market. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve air conditioning sales objectives sold through various retail channels.

Key responsibilities include developing sales plans, coordinating marketing strategies, and managing account relationships. You will also be responsible for gathering insights from financial/sales/market data, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring retailer product knowledge and selling capability.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs. Technical knowledge of air conditioning products is highly desirable, as well as proven ability to achieve budgeted targets and specific product sales targets.

A high level of business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business are essential. The ideal candidate will possess consultative and influential selling style with an ability to sell technical products.
