Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and evaluation of all components of the quality and risk management reviews.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance and continuous improvement, with experience working in a clinical role. You will lead quality and compliance meetings across multidisciplinary teams and facilitate the process of continuous improvement in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing quality systems, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement that meet all regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will provide advice and support to staff around Aged Care Quality Standards requirements and work alongside teams assisting in the resident assessment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, including current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Aged Care Act and Governing for Reform in Aged Care.
  • Registered Quality Assessor highly regarded.
