Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical tasks within our engagements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Respond to emergency incidents, including mitigation and remediation activities, to minimize business disruption.
  • Maintain composure and effectiveness in client Incident Management scenarios, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Conduct high-quality technical investigations, identifying root causes and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify, resolve, and document security incidents, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Conduct intelligence-driven investigative analysis, staying up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance on Cyber Threat assessments and mitigation strategies.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in incident response, security operations, or strategic security consulting.
    • Proven experience evaluating client security controls, architecture, and operations, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Experience crafting scripts and tools to enhance incident investigative efforts, staying ahead of emerging threats.
    • Experience leading client incident response engagements, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
    • Experience triaging Windows and Linux hosts, identifying and mitigating security risks.
    • Experience with Network Traffic Analysis and Log Data Analysis, providing actionable insights to clients.
    • Ability to produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to clients.
    • Ability to evaluate and enhance processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement within the team.
