Retail Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are a dynamic organization dedicated to innovation and continuous learning.

As our new Retail Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our retail state, regional and store teams. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for Retail enquiries from the wider team and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Support: Delivering exceptional support to the retail state, regional and store teams.
  • Process Improvement: Analysing and improving retail operational activities through key projects and initiatives.
  • Purchase Processing: Processing ad-hoc purchases for our Retail stores for supplies and materials.
  • Communication Coordination: Coordinating distribution of retail communication and training materials.
  • Store Support: Supporting retail team and other head office departments with opening, closing and store relocations.
  • Retail Planning: Maintaining the Retail Planner with all promotions and activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience within the Retail industry in a similar position.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills, prioritising and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking experience.
  • Effective Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical, numerate, accurate with a strong attention to detail.
