**Job Title:** Air Transport Operations Manager

 

eXenet is seeking an experienced Air Transport Operations Manager to lead our air transport operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a multi-engine turbine operation and a proven track record of successfully managing a team.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a team of pilots to ensure safe and efficient operation of our air transport service;
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with CASA regulations;
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of our air transport service.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Air Transport Pilot Licence;
  • Class 1 Medical with no restrictions;
  • Current instrument rating;
  • 3000 hours total time, with at least 1000 hours PIC on multi-engine turbine types;
  • Proven HOFO experience successfully managing an air transport operation;
  • Ability to obtain CASA approval as a HOFO and HOTC;
  • High level of knowledge of the CASA regulations is essential for the role;
  • 500 hours flight time as an approved Company check pilot.

 

**Desired Qualifications:**

  • A current flight examiner rating with an IR testing approval (or the ability to obtain it);
  • 500 hours PIC on business jet types.

 

**Note:** Type rating with Flight Safety International will be included as part of initial employment.
