Nursing Staff Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager to lead our successful business in Western Australia, ensuring the appropriate delivery of staff resources and meeting all contractual and operational staffing requirements.

This critical role will be responsible for driving revenue and growth targets in accordance with the strategic plan, managing the provision of Nursing staff across our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify initiatives to secure new long term profitable revenue streams
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the Nursing team and develop action plans to drive daily activity and revenue growth
  • Implement recruitment and retention initiatives to meet demand and supply requirements
  • Ensure efficient allocation and management of staff and other resources
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on client staffing deficiencies and projected needs
  • Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business discipline
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading operations/recruitment teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management and development skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
