Cloud Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our cloud transformation initiative, focusing on migrating from on-premises data centres to Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft cloud services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for migrating from on-premises data centres to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable network architectures to support hybrid and cloud-native workloads.
  • Develop solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and project roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to delivery teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support infrastructure uplift initiatives that enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to migration, networking, security, and legacy systems.
  • Ensure compliance with governance processes, architecture standards, and security requirements.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, architecture, and exposure to applications.
  • Proven experience delivering cloud migration projects, ideally to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking and security architecture.
  • Expertise in Microsoft cloud platforms and enterprise IT environments.
  • Ability to work within an established architecture framework and translate strategy into practical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
