- Oversee cutover, implementation, release, and change management processes to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to achieve smooth project execution and delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to safeguard organizational assets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and technical best practice adoption to drive organizational excellence.
- A strong background in enterprise systems and cloud services with experience leading complex implementations.
- Proven ability to deliver within structured project management frameworks (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in solution design, implementation oversight, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate potential threats.
