About This Role

You'll join a global network of over 10,000 professionals in more than 100 countries, working closely with CEOs, boards, private equity firms, and governments to help them achieve their goals.

  • You will lead valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
  • You will manage and prepare detailed valuation reports, which may include assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and thorough financial modelling and analysis.
  • You will think critically, identify key issues, and propose effective strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • You will maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel, other project teams, and colleagues.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree and around 3-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Direct experience applying various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc) for different purposes.
  • Experience in financial modelling using MS Excel and related software preferred.
  • Experience conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
