Job Title: Roofing Tradesperson

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled roofing tradesperson to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of workers on commercial and domestic roofing projects
  • Set up and maintain safe working practices on site
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications for roofing projects
  • Communicate effectively with office staff and directors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks accordingly
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a roofing tradesperson or labourer
  • Strong knowledge of power and hand tools, including their safe usage
  • Ability to measure, mark, and install fixings accurately
  • Sound understanding of safety protocols and procedures
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Benefits:
