We are seeking a motivated and experienced People Experience Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of employee experience at Linfox.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate workplace experience professional who can help shape our organisational culture and align it with our current business objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with key stakeholders within our unique business areas to understand our organisational culture and uncover opportunities to enhance and strengthen our organisational design strategy.
  • Design, develop and implement key initiatives that enhance our people experience and broader strategy.
  • Play a key role in the assessment and enhancement of our organisational codes, policies and programs such as our code of conduct, employee onboarding, employee feedback, and behaviour policies.
  • Lead and participate in projects that support business requirements and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aimed at keeping our employees well informed and engaged.
  • Gather employee data and present findings/recommendations to key stakeholders on critical areas or future initiatives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience: Developing and delivering organisational change initiatives or strategies in a large and complex operational environment.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary level or equivalent qualification in the field of Human Resources, Organisational Development, Employee Experience or similar.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and influencing skills at all business levels.
  • Ability: Gather and analyse employee data from various sources.
  • Mindset: Investigative mindset and ability to work autonomously as well as within a dedicated team.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with diversity, equity and inclusion best practices.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of HR policies, regulations and legislation.
