We are currently seeking a highly experienced Transport Compliance Lead to join our team based in Beresfield. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in transport compliance, transport driver, allocator or other transport/heavy haulage related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain NHVAS accreditations and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
  • Advise on Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and safe work practices.
  • Complete non-compliance, incident reporting and investigations.
  • Collaborate with heavy vehicle drivers and transport subcontractors.
  • Provide effective administration support.
  • Communicate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Solve problems and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Competent computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong administration and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate people.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with GPS tracking software and/or telematic systems.
  • Leadership and/or participation in audits.
  • Maintenance of management systems.
  • Use of the NHVR Portal.

We offer a competitive salary package of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
