Master Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at Robert Plumb Collective. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work on a variety of projects.

• Perform general building and carpentry tasks with a focus on precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure timely completion of projects
• Design and install custom interior and exterior fit-outs
• Develop and execute bespoke joinery solutions
• Support and lead apprentices on-site to ensure their development and growth
• Interpret and execute site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
• Ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of professionalism and excellence

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with a strong background in high-end residential carpentry. You will have a keen interest in developing your CAD drawing skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You will be a team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

• Cert III Carpentry qualification
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
• White card and tools
