This position will oversee the administration of Service and Builds teams at a new assembly facility. The successful candidate will report to the Fleet Delivery Manager and be responsible for managing contractors related to facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in obtaining competitive supplier quotes & tendering of goods & services\
  • Review of cost sheet reconciliations to drive efficiencies and cost savings regarding assembly operations\
  • WIP Management\
  • Review of factory warranty disputed claims and submission times to achieve KPI's\
  • Manage contractors relating to facility maintenance to ensure compliance for auditing purposes\

About you:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field (Desirable)\
  • Ability to interpret contracts for supply tendering (desirable)\
  • High attention to detail and effective communication skills\
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard\
  • Identification and resolution of potential issues\
