About the Role:
We are seeking a flexible and team-oriented Casual Educator to join our Goodstart Bedford Park centre. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting our centres and children, contributing to the education program, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification
