You will work closely with colleagues to develop curricula tailored to individual needs, incorporating cutting-edge research and best practices in early childhood education.
Key aspects of the job include:
- Crafting personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Developing and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Fostering partnerships with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments through ongoing professional development opportunities
