The key responsibility of this role is to provide expert guidance and support to students in exploring their career options.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to plan and prioritise work effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a background in counselling or careers advising, preferably in a youth or educational setting, and a passion for helping young people realise their potential.

Desirable qualifications include previous experience in a school careers department, experience with work experience program facilitation and delivery, and a Certificate IV or Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development.
