As a key player in shaping the future of Metocean services, we seek an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead growth into new markets. Reporting directly to the Service Line Director – Metocean, this autonomous role offers unprecedented opportunities for professional development and impact.

Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities in offshore wind, infrastructure, ports & harbors, and other government markets
- Collaborating with internal service lines to leverage synergies and expand our reach
- Providing exceptional service to existing clients while driving growth and expansion
- Representing our company at industry events and conferences, establishing thought leadership and building strategic partnerships

Required qualifications include:
- Previous experience in Metocean services, oceanography, marine data, or offshore operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Oceanography, Marine Science, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and willingness to adapt to changing schedules
