The Casual Retail Sales Assistant will work across our Escape 2 Boutique and Rossignol Demo Shop, providing a seamless shopping experience for visitors. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service through genuine and personalized interactions
- Assisting customers with product selections, including sizing guidance and suitable options to meet their needs
- Driving sales performance by actively working towards and achieving weekly sales targets
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management, and back-of-house operations
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- A genuine passion for and understanding of our brands and what they represent
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confidence in making independent decisions when needed, using sound judgment
- Presentable and style-aware, with an eye for fashion trends and awareness of the competitive landscape
- Adaptable and solutions-focused, able to respond positively and creatively to evolving business needs
