Retail Sales Ambassador

As a casual sales professional, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for customers in our retail store. This role requires flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a varied roster.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can adapt to changing situations. Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products.
Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining store appearance, and replenishing stock as needed.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and refunds.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to store initiatives, such as sales promotions and visual displays.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods.
