Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts to ensure compliance, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction as well as carry out variations and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior project stakeholders to achieve outstanding commercial outcomes.
  • Support the Contracts Specialist with various project tasks, including scheduling, administration, financial management, tender preparation, and procurement.
  • Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Contracts Administration in a heavy industry environment.
