Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Ambassador to join our team. This role involves creating exceptional workplace experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors and occupants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric mindset, adapting to the needs and preferences of visitors and employees to enhance their overall experience.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for curating memorable interactions with our visitors and occupants, playing a crucial supporting role in ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences.

This position requires periods of walking, standing, sitting and/or manual handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate exceptional workplace experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors and occupants
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to visitors and employees
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless and enjoyable experiences

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.

A customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.

Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges.
