Job Title: Care Assistant

In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

We are seeking an individual with compassion and dedication to support individuals with varying needs in learning disability and mental health environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a variety of settings and develop your skills further. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting service users in the community, assisting with hobbies, and prompting personal care tasks.

  • PAY RATES STARTING FROM £13.68 PER HOUR INCLUDING HOLIDAY PAY

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Hold the right to work in the UK
  • Be a resident of the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
  • 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of the sector
  • A genuine passion for working in healthcare

The goal of this position is to empower all service users to carry out everyday tasks independently.
