The Job- Provide comprehensive case management to help participants manage employment barriers and equip them with tools and skills to enter the workforce successfully.
- Assist participants to secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing and on-the-job support.
- Offer ongoing support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtain documented evidence and facilitate workplace adjustments during employment.
- Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with an outcomes-focused, high-performance approach.
- Maintain administration, compliance and time management in line with Department requirements, based on a sound understanding of Deeds and Guidelines.
- Engage with internal and external partners to connect participants with wrap-around services, such as training providers, allied health services and community organisations.
- You will need relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services or a related field.
- Experience in employment services, including barrier management, reverse marketing, placement and post-placement support, is highly regarded.
- You should have strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders and a team-focused approach.
- You must be able to proactively problem-solve, overcome objections and assist in managing barriers for people living with a disability.
- You will work performance-focused with a track record of achieving business targets and KPIs.
- A driver's license is required for travel throughout the region.
