About You:
- Demonstrated commitment to consumer recovery and involvement in mental health service delivery.
- Possession of relevant tertiary qualifications and registration with a relevant Board or Association as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrated minimum 10 years post-registration experience in mental health.
- Able to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and lead complex programs effectively.
- Extensive experience in comprehensive psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and program planning and evaluation.
- Highly developed communication skills, including consultation, liaison, facilitation, and negotiation with stakeholders, professionals, clients, and carers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legislation, mental health systems, and criminal justice systems.
