HVAC-R Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in HVAC-R at our Alexandria branch. As a Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embracing the Reece values and policies
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate
- Processing sales and managing stock
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Communicating with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
- Contributing to maintaining a high-standard branch
About You:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Enthusiasm and a great attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Team player with a positive outlook
- Well-presented and able to maintain a neat and tidy workspace
