Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our tight-knit team at North Plympton. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be working closely with our Customer Service Team Leader to provide exceptional customer service, handle inbound customer calls, problem solve, and support our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • To utilize your exceptional customer service skills to handle inbound customer calls, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To work collaboratively with our team to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • To maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • A professional and positive approach to work, with a strong sense of accountability and reliability.
