About the Role
  • FMEA/quality control plans ensure our products meet the highest standards.
  • We conduct manufacturing capability studies to optimize our processes.
  • In-process QC methodology and data logging help us identify areas for improvement.
  • We're implementing quality in automation and exploring the Factory Of the Future.
  • Inspection and sampling plans/techniques are crucial for maintaining product quality.
  • Supplier qualification through the PPAP process ensures we work with reliable partners.
  • We use 6 Sigma tools and methodology to drive continuous improvement.
  • Concurrent engineering with product design ensures seamless product development.
  • Our focus on customer satisfaction and quality improvement sets us apart.
About You

The ideal candidate has completed a Total Quality Management (TQM) module as part of their degree. Beneficial experience includes working in a manufacturing environment, managing suppliers, and interpreting standards and technical drawings.

A solid grasp of statistical methods in quality and process capability is essential. Managing metrology equipment and calibration are also key responsibilities.
