Job Description

This role will report to the Program Medical Director, Medicine, and be responsible for the effective management and leadership of the Dermatology department. The appointee will work closely with the Program Medical Director to establish the organisational structure of the Unit, appoint medical staff in consultation with Site Operation Directors, and provide leadership in achieving and upholding Monash Health's Vision, Purpose, and Values.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in dermatology and excellent leadership skills, with a strong ability to manage and motivate teams. They will be expected to contribute to the University in areas such as teaching, research, and academic leadership, in addition to their clinical leadership role with Monash Health.
