We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $145,000 - $175,000, based on skills and experience.
Job Description
This role involves managing incident response, vulnerability management, and security tooling in an agile environment. You will work closely with our team to enhance security hygiene, improve cloud-based services, and stay ahead of emerging threats.
You will spend your time playing with SIEM/SOAR platforms, working with EDR/XDR tools like CrowdStrike, analysing emerging threats, and remediating vulnerabilities. You will also automate processes with PowerShell and Bash, and contribute to security awareness initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position, preferably with formal qualifications in Computer Science or Cyber Security. You must be comfortable with a diverse range of technologies, including SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management tools.
A solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as identity and access management, network security controls, and data encryption, is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft products and IT networks would be advantageous.
