Automotive Administration Opportunity

This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of junior staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reconciling deals with accuracy and efficiency, managing accounts payable and receivable, banking and reconciliation tasks, and overseeing end-of-month and end-of-year duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile deals with precision and timeliness
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Oversee accounting processes, including end-of-month and end-of-year duties
Requirements
  • Prior experience in dealership administration is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of EOM and EOFY processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Era DMS is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
