Health and Safety Risk Manager

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management systems to mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide guidance on control measures.
- Provide training and support to team members on WHS legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify and report potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Qualification in Work Health & Safety, Risk Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management systems.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in risk management or related field.
- Experience in conducting WHS audits and inspections.
- Knowledge of Australian regulatory landscape.
