Network Infrastructure Specialist

This role is designed to challenge and reward individuals with strong commercially savvy skills and customer-focused expertise. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures for our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Delivery of High-Quality Solutions: You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Requirements Analysis: You will analyze customer requirements to determine the best solution for their business problems.
  • User Requirement Analysis: You will conduct user requirement analysis and make recommendations that impact technical solutions.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: You will maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to fulfill customer needs for selected accounts.
  • Technical Solution Definition: You will define major technical solutions involving product and/or deployment and/or support services for clients or prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong routing and switching skills with extensive deployment and advanced troubleshooting experience. A CCNP or CCIE certification is highly desirable.
