About the Role: The Clinical Research Associate 2 (CRA2) is a key member of the Clinical Operations group, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site selection and feasibility assessment
- Complete monitoring activities and reports within predetermined timelines
- Prepare and conduct site evaluation visits and report on these visits
- Negotiate site budgets and coordinate contract execution
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools and project documents
- Motivate and train investigators to ensure protocol understanding
- Collect and review essential documents from trial sites
- Reconcile TMF contents and site Investigator Site Files
- Coordinate investigational product distribution and destruction
- Maintain trial information using clinical trial management systems
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline
- Previous experience in clinical trials with 3-5 years in monitoring and site management
- Demonstrate knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local research regulations
- Display competence in technical areas such as risk management and quality assurance
- Demonstrate solid communication and problem-solving skills
