As a senior leadership role, the Clinical Research Manager plays a pivotal part in the development and oversight of clinical research governance and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of clinical research governance policies, standards, and frameworks to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
- Evaluate clinical research projects to guarantee they meet quality standards and ethical requirements, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with senior research leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that drive clinical research forward.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A postgraduate degree in medical sciences, health sciences, or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in clinical trials and research management.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical research governance, ethics, registries, biobanks, and trials, showcasing your ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing teams to meet challenging goals, quality expectations, and time frames.
