Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across our portfolio of premium and emerging beauty brands.

  • This key role will drive full-funnel shopper engagement, grow category share, and maximize retail sales and media revenue through creative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-impact brand partnerships and leading integrated marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, paid media, social, and experiential channels.

  • Develop and deliver growth-driving marketing strategies and retail media plans across the beauty category.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, brand, sales, and media teams to unlock growth through targeted, insight-led marketing activity.
  • Work directly with brand partners to create data-led, omni-channel programs that drive conversion and brand equity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
